FAQ
Short answers about the subnet as a whole: who its miners are, what burns, and where the live numbers are.

Who are SN58's miners?
Two kinds of UID receive weight. Vector's champions are miners in the usual sense: each committed a model from its own hotkey and won a duel. Horizon's vault is one UID that receives Horizon's share for everyone who contributes data.
Do I need a hotkey to earn from Horizon?
No. Contributors sign in at horizon.robotensor.ai, do the work there and in the phone app, and are paid from the vault into a wallet they link. Registering a hotkey on SN58 earns nothing from Horizon.
Why does a share burn?
Because no one is there to take it: Vector has no champion yet, a champion's hotkey is no longer registered, or the network has no vault. Burned weight goes to the subnet owner's hotkey; it is never handed to the other project. Emission and the split lists every case.
Where are the live numbers?
The chain's numbers (every UID, its weight, its emission, the alpha price) are on Taostats. Vector's duels are on its leaderboard, and Horizon's weekly payouts on its rewards page.
Wasn't Horizon a model competition?
An earlier plan used the name for a second model competition, on human video and World Action Models. It never opened; those directions are now where Vector is heading, and Horizon is the subnet's data project.
How do I run a validator?
One GPU host with three Python environments. Running a validator covers setup, the commands and the cost.
